Service Policy / Terms & Conditions
- Warranty: All services come with a 30-day warranty.
- Spare Parts: Charged separately from service fees.
- Third-Party Services: AC, CCTV, carpentry, and other services may be fulfilled by verified third-party vendors.
- Booking & Cancellation: Customers can cancel before technician arrival. Visiting charges may apply if technician arrives.
- Visiting Charges: ₹199 if service visit occurs but work is not completed.
- Refunds: Partial refunds processed within 3–5 business days.
- Payments: Cash or UPI. Payment is collected after service completion.
Safety & Conduct Policy
- Technician Verification: All technicians carry ID cards and are verified.
- Professional Conduct: Technicians must behave professionally at all times.
- Women Safety: Services are conducted during reasonable hours, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Customer Rights: Customers can report any misconduct; complaints are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
